Meditation is about being in the now. You can meditate while you do anything, if you just take the time to really BE present with what you're doing.
But don't do it if you don't want to feel good!

How creative, such a demonstration of human ingenuity!!! how amazing !! Made me smile. You can almost see where he almost falls off or loses balance but then does good saves throughout. A happy riot !!! :)))

Gabriel Nyakabau a stunt performer also popularly known as the bicycle boy was born in Bindura outside Harare, Zimbambwe. Without a parent, he could not get support for his education but that did not deter him from becoming the best in something.
He discovered a talent in bicycle tricks, a talent which is not widely recognized in his country. He worked extremely hard to nurture it.
